We're searching for a highly capable person to take a leading role supporting our development and testing efforts. This is a key role with a wide range of responsibilities. You will be working with our engineers to specify, design, and build our prototypes and early production systems. You will help document the design, find vendors, and build the systems, plus develop and execute test and validation plans
You will debug, evaluate, test and demonstrate these systems. You will work on the road, and in the lab, with our engineers and with team members from our partners. You will collect data in various environment conditions, test our designs to make sure they meet our specifications, recommend changes and improvements. You will work with engineers to implement and document the design changes.

Significant and wide ranging technical skills supporting electronic hardware, software and mechanical development
Extensive experience with the development of technology products

2 year degree or similar technical training
10 years experience developing technology based products
Demonstrable skills supporting electronic hardware, software and mechanical development
Experience using advanced test and measurement tools, devices and techniques
Proficient and skillful using schematic or mechanical design tools
Strong technical writing skills
NICE TO HAVE
Bachelors degree in a technical field
Experience with RF and analog electronics, and RF test equipment
Experience with software development, and scripting languages including Python
Experience with automated test development
Recent experience with Matlab, Altium or Solidworks
Ability and willingness to travel to customer and partner sites
